The main thing to do is to take pictures of our dear customers during the daytime events at the pool, beach and hot spots of the hotel; and to invite them to see and purchase the pictures at our store, always providing an excellent service. In case you don’t have any experience we train you, and we also give you all the necessary equipment for the job.

The principal thing to do is  take pictures to our dear customers, in the events during the day, at the pool, beach and  principals spots of the hotel, invite them to see and purchase the pictures always giving an excellent service at the store, in case you haven’t experience, we train  you,  we give to you all the necessary equipment for the job.

Photopro is a leading brand across the Riviera Maya. Present in many resorts at the Rivera Maya, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and St Lucia Island. 

Most of our shops are open from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm, please confirm the store’s schedule upon arrival at the resort. 

All our users when buying their photographs can view them in our web portal Mypicspace.com and download their photographs.

The link takes from 48 to 72 hours to upload the pictures to the cloud. Once you buy the photos, after this time you can view and download them.

The link is sent to your email once the photos have been uploaded to our MyPicSpace page, between 48 – 72 hrs is the estimated loading time. Please check also your Spam or Junk folders, as sometimes the link reaches those mailboxes instead, depending on your email’s configuration.

We ask you to please send an email to socialmedia@photopro.mx, with the following information, attaching your purchase receipt / purchase form to identify the purchase of your package and track the product:

Usually, the username is the email you registered with at the store, and your password is the room number you had in the hotel.

The packages take 35 to 45 working days to arrive at the destination, you will be provided with the tracking number so you can track your package until it arrives at the destination.

The frames (stretcher bars) are not included. The canvas is not assembled, it’s rolled up with protectors to avoid damages.

We have an online payment via PayPal form, where you can pay for the photos.   You´re welcome to write us to socialmedia@photopro.mx  with the below information so we can assist you properly:

The photos are stored in our systems for two months, after that time the photos will be erased automatically.
